Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, email info.purespaceliving@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
We’ll process refunds for approved returns within 5–10 business days after approval.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy doesn’t limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise doesn’t meet a consumer guarantee, contact us at info.purespaceliving@gmail.com so we can help in line with your rights.
