30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your PureSpace products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
- Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
